Datable Technology Corporation has announced a delay in filing its audited annual financial statements for 2023, missing the April 29, 2024, deadline due to auditors requiring more time. They expect to complete the filing by June 28, 2024, and have received a management cease trade order for their CEO and Interim CFO until the documents are filed. The company will issue bi-weekly updates in compliance with National Policy 12-203 until the issue is resolved.
