Dasin Retail Trust Management Pte. Ltd., the trustee-manager of Dasin Retail Trust, has announced plans to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) by the end of September 2024 following a requisition by shareholders representing approximately 12.57% of the total voting rights. The EGM is being called to vote on resolutions outlined in a notice received by the Trustee-Manager, and a circular including the Board’s views on these resolutions will be issued by early September. Further updates will be communicated in compliance with listing obligations.
