Dasin Retail Trust Mulls EGM Following Unitholders’ Request

Dasin Retail Trust (SG:CEDU) has released an update.

Dasin Retail Trust has received a request for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) from a group of unitholders holding over 10% of its total voting rights, aimed at voting on certain resolutions. Upon verification, one of the requisitioning unitholders’ status is unclear, prompting the Trustee-Manager to seek clarification. Meanwhile, the Trustee-Manager is consulting with the Singapore Exchange to ensure any proposed Trust Deed amendments comply with the Listing Rules before scheduling the EGM.
