Dasin Retail Trust Management Pte. Ltd., which oversees Dasin Retail Trust, has received communication from lender banks requesting the preservation of the Trust’s status and expressing concern over a winding up application. These banks, representing over half of the Trust’s offshore loans, hope for a consensual restructuring agreement. The Trustee-Manager, excluding the conflicted Minority Directors, is currently managing the situation and will update investors on significant developments.
