Dasin Retail Trust Management Pte. Ltd., the trustee-manager of Dasin Retail Trust, has issued a letter of demand against directors Mr. Zhang Zhencheng and Mr. Zhang Zhongming for alleged breaches of fiduciary and statutory duties. The directors are accused of undermining a potential investment by a state-owned entity and obstructing debt restructuring efforts, actions that may not align with the best interests of all unitholders.
