Dashan Education Holdings Limited has announced plans to issue bonds exclusively to independent third-party investors, with no public offering in Hong Kong or placement to connected persons. The proposed bond issue, which may total up to HK$150 million, will feature 4-year and 8-year maturities with interest rates expected at 6% and 6.5% per annum respectively. As the terms are not yet finalized and the issue is not guaranteed, shareholders are advised to exercise caution.
