Dashan Education Holdings Limited announces a major leadership shakeup effective 27 September 2024, with Mr. Jia Shuilin and Mr. Zhang Jian resigning from their director roles, and Mr. Zhang Hongjun stepping down as CEO while remaining chairman. Mr. Li Jing will take over as the new CEO and executive director, alongside Mr. You Huanyu joining as an independent non-executive director.
