Dart Mining NL has announced the issuance of over 24 million unquoted equity securities in the form of options expiring on October 3, 2025. These securities, which are set to be issued on October 2, 2024, are not intended for quotation on the ASX. The move is part of a transaction previously disclosed in an Appendix 3B to the market.
