Darktrace PLC has announced that its board of directors agreed to an all-cash acquisition by Luke Bidco Limited, resulting in the full vesting of performance-based and time-based conditional awards for key management personnel. Top executives, including CFO Catherine Graham, CTO Jack Stockdale, and CSO Nicole Eagan, have acquired substantial shares upon vesting. These transactions, completed outside of a trading venue, mark a significant change in share ownership following the court-sanctioned acquisition scheme.
