Darktrace CTO Acquires Shares Post-Acquisition

Darktrace PLC has announced a significant transaction where their Chief Technology Officer, Jack Stockdale, exercised an option to acquire 437,500 Ordinary Shares following the company’s acquisition scheme. This move came after the court sanctioned the acquisition of Darktrace by Luke Bidco Limited, a transaction that underscores a pivotal change in the company’s share capital structure. Stockdale’s share acquisition is set to be finalized with a transfer from Darktrace’s Employee Benefit Trust.
