Poppy Gustafsson has announced her resignation as CEO of cybersecurity AI leader Darktrace, with COO Jill Popelka set to take over the role immediately. Popelka brings over two decades of experience from her previous senior roles at tech giants such as Accenture and Snap Inc. The transition comes as the company approaches the final stages of its acquisition by Thoma Bravo, which is expected to be finalized shortly after receiving the last pending regulatory approval.
