DarkPulse ( (DPLS) ) has issued an update.
On July 8, 2025, Dennis O’Leary, the majority stockholder of DarkPulse, Inc., approved amendments to the company’s Certificate of Incorporation. These amendments include increasing the authorized shares of common stock from 20 billion to 30 billion and authorizing a reverse stock split at a ratio between 1:10 and 1:200, to be determined by the Board of Directors. The changes will become effective 20 days after the mailing of the definitive Information Statement to stockholders.
