Darelle Online Solutions Inc. announced successful shareholder approval for all proposed resolutions at their annual and special meeting, including the election of five directors, reappointment of their auditor, and re-approval of the stock option plan. Additionally, a special resolution was passed allowing the Board to consolidate shares at a ratio determined by the Board.
