Darelle Online Solutions Inc. has announced a significant share consolidation, reducing the number of common shares from about 73.7 million to just over 2.4 million. This consolidation aims to simplify the ownership structure without altering the percentage holdings of existing shareholders, except for the adjustment of fractional shares.
