Darelle Online Solutions Inc. is set to consolidate its common shares on a 30-to-1 basis, approved by its Board of Directors and shareholders, with the change effective from August 13, 2024. Shareholders will be trading on the post-consolidation basis under the same ticker symbol, and both registered and non-registered shareholders will have different procedures to follow for the exchange.
