Danieli Approves Financials and Announces Dividend

Danieli & C.Officine Meccaniche SPA (IT:DAN) has released an update.

Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.A. has approved its financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2024, reporting a net profit of €67 million and announcing a dividend distribution of €0.3100 per ordinary share. The company also appointed its new Board of Directors and Board of Auditors, while renewing authorization for the purchase and disposal of its own shares.
