Danakali Ltd has announced an amendment in the exercise price of unlisted options held by Director Seamus Ian Cornelius, with no change in the number of securities owned. The adjustment, from $0.367 to $0.35624 per option, follows the company’s adherence to the Listing Rule 7.22.3, which addresses the return of capital. Cornelius maintains a direct and indirect interest in over 14 million fully paid ordinary shares and 2 million unlisted options, all expiring on July 30, 2025.
