Danakali Limited Adds New Conditional Resolution to AGM

Danakali Limited (AU:DNK) has released an update.

Danakali Limited has announced an addendum to the Notice of their Annual General Meeting, introducing an additional conditional Resolution 5, which will be considered if more than 25% of shareholders vote against the Adoption of Remuneration Report. The meeting date remains unchanged and is scheduled for May 31, 2024. Shareholders who have already submitted proxy forms may need to submit a replacement form to vote on the new resolution.
