On May 19, 2025, the shares will resume trading on Nasdaq for one day before moving to the OTC Pink Current Market on May 20, 2025. This transition is expected to impact the company’s market positioning, as it seeks to meet the minimal current information standard required for the OTCID Basic Market, effective July 1, 2025. Damon will continue to pursue trading on the OTCQB, although there is no assurance of meeting the criteria or gaining approval.
