Damartex SA has announced a share buyback program, which will be authorized at the upcoming general meeting on November 21, 2024. The program aims to repurchase up to 1.5% of the company’s share capital, with a maximum purchase price of 15 euros per share and a total program amount of 500,000 euros, to enhance market liquidity and support future corporate activities.
