Damara Gold Corp. has announced a major corporate restructuring that includes a share consolidation on a 4:1 basis and a proposed company name change, subject to board and regulatory approval. This initiative is designed to increase the company’s business flexibility and growth potential, including the possibility of financing arrangements. Additionally, Corbin Stewart has been appointed as the new President, CEO, and director, while Larry Nagy continues as Executive Chairman.
