Dalaroo Metals Ltd. has announced that Mr. Jason Peterson has become a substantial holder, acquiring a 5.041% voting power with 12,520,000 ordinary fully paid shares. Celtic Finance Corp and Celtic Capital Pty Ltd, associated entities directed by Peterson, have been involved in the transactions, with Celtic Finance Corp purchasing 12,500,000 shares for $200,000 on the date Peterson became a substantial holder.
