Daiwa House Logistics Trust has announced the establishment of a new wholly owned subsidiary, DH-CRUX3 PTE. LTD., in Singapore for property fund management, specifically to facilitate an acquisition of a logistics asset in Vietnam. The incorporation took place on January 23, 2024, with a focus on expanding the trust’s portfolio into the Vietnamese market.
