Dah Sing Financial Holdings Limited has announced board changes effective May and June 2024, including the resignation of Mr. Junji Mori as Non-Executive Director and the cessation of Mr. Yuichi Tashita as an Alternate Director. Mr. Hideomi Shinozaki will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 23 years of banking industry experience, while Mr. Tashita will assume the role of Alternate Director to Mr. Shinozaki.
