The deals, conducted over the counter and funded through internal resources, are classified as discloseable transactions under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules due to their size. The acquired notes have varying terms, with the Estate Sky Notes being senior unsecured with a 5.45% coupon rate, and the BNP Notes being junior subordinated with a coupon rate to be reset in 2030.
