Da Yu Financial Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Lee Hon Sang as the company secretary and authorised representative, effective from 1 August 2024, with Ms. Lau Ka Ki, Klare appointed as his successor. Mr. Lee’s departure is amicable, and he will maintain his senior roles within the group.
