Da Sen Holdings Group Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has announced the resignation of Ms. LO Yuk Yee as an independent non-executive director, effective August 19, 2025. Her departure also means she will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee or as a member of the audit and nomination committees. The company has appointed Mr. SUN Yongtao as the new chairman of the remuneration committee. The resignation has left the company non-compliant with certain Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules regarding the number of independent non-executive directors and audit committee members. Da Sen Holdings Group plans to address these vacancies within three months.
