Da Sen Holdings Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. CHAN Shiu Yuen Sammy, an independent non-executive Director who also served on several committees, effective 11 September 2024. Mr. KWOK Yiu Tong will assume Mr. CHAN’s former roles, including chairmanship of the Audit Committee. The company is actively seeking to fill the vacancy to comply with the Stock Exchange’s listing rules regarding the number of independent non-executive Directors and their financial expertise.
