Da Sen Holdings Group Limited announced the resignation of Mr. CHAN Shiu Yuen Sammy as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 11 September 2024, and his departure from various board committees. The company is actively seeking a replacement to fulfill the regulatory requirements for independent non-executive Directors and committee members with financial expertise. The Board has appointed Mr. KWOK Yiu Tong to the vacated committee positions and expressed gratitude to Mr. CHAN for his contributions.
