Da Ming International Holdings Limited has issued a supplemental announcement to their 2023 Annual Report, confirming the compliance of certain related party transactions with the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. They stated that the financial assistance received is exempt from extensive reporting and shareholders’ approval requirements, as they were conducted on normal commercial terms. No changes have been made to the rest of the 2023 Annual Report.
