Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC (D9) has confirmed the appointment of Mr. Eric Sanderson as the new Independent Non-Executive Chair effective immediately, following approval by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. Charlotte Valeur has stepped down from her interim position with the change. The company also hints at the imminent addition of another Non-Executive Director, details of which will be disclosed soon.
