D2 Lithium Corp. has initiated legal proceedings against two individuals and a company for alleged misappropriation of corporate funds and unauthorized share transactions. The company is seeking restitution for the funds and the cancellation of 3.2 million shares improperly transferred for personal benefit. A Statement of Defence has been filed contesting the claims made by D2 Lithium.
