D-Market Electronic Services & Trading, also known as Hepsiburada, held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 12, 2024, where several key decisions were taken. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements, agreed not to distribute dividends due to no profit in the fiscal year 2023, and appointed new board members. Additionally, the board’s remuneration and the appointment of PwC as the independent auditor for the next fiscal year were confirmed.
