CytoMed Therapeutics Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors, with Dr. Lucas Luk and Mr. Wu Tao Thomas resigning for personal reasons, not related to company operations or practices. Dr. Luk will continue as Chief Clinical Officer and join the board of a subsidiary, while Dr. Loh Yuin Han steps in to ensure the audit committee maintains its required number of independent directors.
