Cyprium Metals Limited is set to raise A$13.5 million through a two-tranche share placement, with significant support from existing shareholders including Flat Footed L.L.C. The funds will be used for projects such as the redevelopment of the Nifty Copper Complex and other operational costs. A retail entitlement offer is also planned to provide additional investment opportunities for shareholders.
