Cyprium Metals Director Adjusts Shareholding

Cyprium Metals Limited (AU:CYM) has released an update.

Gary Ernest Comb, a director at Cyprium Metals Limited, has altered his financial interest in the company by exercising 500,000 vested Performance Rights, converting them into the same number of Fully Paid Ordinary Shares without any cash consideration. This transaction has left Comb with a total holding of 9,702,152 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and 4,500,000 Performance Rights in the company. The change in director’s interest was carried out in compliance with the corporation’s rules and did not occur during a closed trading period.
