Cypher Metaverse Inc. is advancing its business combination with Agapi Luxury Brands Inc., aiming to make Agapi a wholly-owned subsidiary through a share exchange. The deal’s completion hinges on securing adequate financing and receiving approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). Trading of Cypher’s shares will remain halted on the CSE until the transaction review is complete and all conditions are met.
