Cyclone Metals Limited has announced the appointment of David Sanders as a new director effective from 19 July 2024. According to the initial director’s interest notice filed with the ASX, Sanders currently holds no registered securities in the company. The notice, complying with listing rule 3.19A.1, also indicates that Sanders has no relevant interests in any securities as a non-registered holder, nor any interests in contracts related to the company’s securities.
