Cycliq Group Ltd has announced a change in their Director Mr. Andrew Chapman’s interest due to an internal restructure, resulting in a shift of 4 million ordinary shares between entities he has an interest in. The reassignment of shares did not involve any external transactions and the total number of shares held by entities associated with Chapman remains unchanged post-restructure.
