Cybergun SA is rebranding to CALIBRE as part of a strategic transformation following the sale of its Civil division, refocusing on military and defense operations through its ARKANIA division and the historic French arms manufacturer VERNEY-CARRON. The name change is subject to shareholder approval at their General Meeting in January 2025. This shift underscores the company’s move away from the AirSoft market to concentrate on specialized defense sectors.
