Cybergun SA is rebranding to CALIBRE as part of a strategic transformation following the sale of its Civil division, refocusing on military and defense operations through its ARKANIA division and the historic French arms manufacturer VERNEY-CARRON. The name change is subject to shareholder approval at their General Meeting in January 2025.
