CXI Confirms Directors’ Election and Auditor

Currency Exchange International Corp. has announced the successful election of their board of directors with an overwhelming majority of votes in favor, during their Annual General Meeting held on March 20, 2024. The company, known for providing foreign exchange services and technology to businesses and consumers, also confirmed the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as their auditors. Over half of the issued common shares participated in the voting process, underscoring active shareholder engagement.
