CVS Group plc, a leading UK provider of veterinary services, has issued 623 new Ordinary Shares following the exercise of options by employees under the 2020 SAYE Plan. These shares are admitted to the London Stock Exchange and bring the total issued share capital to 71,738,224 Ordinary Shares with equal voting rights. Shareholders now have a new denominator to assess changes in their shareholding interests in the company.
