CVR Energy Board Changes: New Chairperson Appointed

Cvr Energy Inc. (CVI) has provided an update.

James M. Strock stepped down from CVR Energy, Inc.’s Board for personal reasons without any conflict with the company. Julia Heidenreich Voliva was appointed in his stead with roles including chairperson of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Acknowledged as independent by regulatory standards, she’ll receive standard non-employee director compensation and an indemnification agreement to cover liabilities from her directorship duties.
