CVC Limited has declared amendments to its CVC Notes 2 Trust Deed to support a new wholesale offer aimed at raising A$15 million through the issuance of redeemable, unsecured, non-convertible notes. The revised Trust Deed, effective as of 1 July 2024, is now accessible for investors to review on the company’s website. This strategic move has been fully endorsed by CVC Limited’s Board.
