CVC Limited has launched a wholesale offer to raise A$15 million through the issuance of new redeemable, unsecured, non-convertible notes, priced at a slight discount to recent trading values. The capital raised is aimed at strengthening CVC’s balance sheet and funding general corporate activities, paving the way for the company to capitalize on current and future investment opportunities. The offer, managed by E&P Capital Pty Limited, is not underwritten and is subject to regulatory approval.
