Cushman & Wakefield (CWK) has issued an update.

Cushman & Wakefield plc has announced significant changes in its leadership structure, effective May 2, 2024. Brett White has transitioned from Executive Chairman to non-Executive Chairman of the Board, with his equity awards continuing to vest under certain conditions. Laurida Sayed has been promoted to Chief Accounting Officer, bringing her extensive experience from previous roles at Prysmian Group and General Cable Corporation to the position. Additionally, Billie Williamson has been appointed as Lead Director, taking over from the retiring Timothy Dattels, while also continuing as Chair of the Audit Committee. These strategic moves signal a new chapter for the company’s governance as it continues to navigate the financial markets.
