CurveBeam AI Limited is set to raise approximately $13.6 million through a new share issuance, comprising a $4 million institutional placement and a $9.6 million accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer. Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can subscribe to the entitlement offer at a ratio of 1 new share for every 6 held. The initiative includes a top-up facility allowing shareholders to apply for additional shares, with any shortfall available for subsequent placement.
