Current Water Technologies Inc. (CWTI) has successfully completed a private placement, raising $500,000 CAD without finder’s fees by issuing 16,666,667 common shares at $0.03 each. The transaction, which adhered to TSX Venture Exchange policies, will support the company’s continued development of its patented water treatment technologies and pump station manufacturing through its division Pumptronics Incorporated.
