American Creek Resources Ltd. is set to be acquired by Cunningham Mining Ltd. in a definitive all-cash deal that values the company at approximately $207 million, offering shareholders a significant premium over the recent trading prices. The acquisition, which includes a notable premium on American Creek’s shares, will enhance Cunningham’s portfolio with the addition of the Treaty Creek Property.
