Culturecom Holdings Limited has announced changes to its board of directors effective from July 31, 2024, which includes new executive and non-executive members, as well as the composition of its four main Board Committees. The restructuring includes Mr. Kwan Kin Chung as Managing Director, Mr. Wong Kon Man Jason as Chairman, and Dr. Liu Ka Ying Rebecca as Vice Chairman, alongside new Independent Non-Executive Directors.
